The exterior has a Japanese aesthetic, but upon opening the door, you are greeted by a calm French space that excites you with its transformation. The course is well-structured, with a beautiful flow from appetizers to desserts, and the presentation is very beautiful. The use of aromas such as yuzu, basil, and truffle is skillful, and the lingering taste of the sauces is pleasant. The combinations of ingredients like surf clams, sweet sea bream, and black wagyu beef rump are surprising, and the contrast in textures is enjoyable. The risotto has a perfect bite to the rice, is fragrant, and I couldn't stop eating it. The counter is also calm, allowing you to enjoy a satisfying experience all the way to the last coffee.
