Using an abundance of seasonal ingredients, the restaurant presents borderless delicacies with a French base and Japanese taste. While the Sirloin Course remains unchanged, the main steak will be served as a filet mignon. Sourced from a trusted supplier with whom our head chef has a close relationship, this filet mignon boasts exceptional quality. Please enjoy this tender, juicy filet mignon—lean yet with just the right amount of marbling.

The charm of Hibiki lies in the course centered around French cuisine, where you can enjoy freshly cooked clay pot rice as the finale. The presentation of the clay pot rice is also well-received. 'Seasonal Clay Pot Rice' is prepared individually for each group according to the pace of the guests' meal and served at the table.
