Thai Ginger

A famous curry noodle dish from northern Thailand. It features boiled noodles and crispy fried noodles in a coconut-flavored spicy soup, allowing you to enjoy different textures and a variety of toppings for a change in flavor. The noodles are made by Kitakata Soga Seimen.

The Chinese soba has been completely revamped. We take great pride in our superb broth, which is carefully made over more than 10 hours using whole chicken, pork bones, back bones, and several types of aromatic vegetables, along with our special soy sauce. You can choose between hand-kneaded noodles from Soga Seimen or extra thick hand-kneaded noodles. The extra thick noodles take longer to cook.

A classic Thai curry featuring chicken and bamboo shoots, with the addition of radish, all in a coconut-flavored spicy sauce. The spiciness and umami are addictive. You can also request an extra spiciness level to suit your preference.

This is a classic Thai fried rice featuring large shrimp and chicken, along with plenty of vegetables such as onions, tomatoes, tatsoi, and cilantro. If you are not a fan of cilantro, you can request green onions as a substitute. Enjoy the flavor variations with table condiments like chili vinegar and fish sauce.

Our shop's signature dish. A deliciously stir-fried chicken mince combined with moist potatoes and a perfect balance of radish sprouts, this is a soboro-style curry. We recommend adding a fried egg topping.
