This is a casual restaurant in the food court of the alley. When you order, they bring the freshly made food to your seat, allowing you to relax. The skewered fried food has a fine, crispy batter and a light texture. The fresh wheat gluten is chewy, the octopus is tender, and everything is very delicious. While the sauce pairs well, the flavors of the ingredients are so vibrant that you might want to enjoy them with just salt. Since it's an izakaya-style alley, it's also nice that you can enjoy dishes and drinks from other restaurants in combination.
