Exquisite Omurice at a Creative Bistro

Dining Bar Omuhachi is a popular bistro loved by local regulars in Edogawa Ward, Shakuhachi. The omurice, made with a carefully crafted demi-glace sauce that has been simmered for over six hours, is an overwhelmingly popular dish. The creative menu can be enjoyed in a casual atmosphere, making it perfect for everyday dining. The young sommelier's recommended wines also add a touch of elegance to the meal.

The interior is spacious, and the counter is comfortable to sit at. There is a wine cooler, and it's enjoyable to choose from a variety of alcoholic beverages. The omelette rice, with its creamy eggs and rich demi-glace, provides a great sense of satisfaction. The rice, infused with the aroma of fragrant vegetables, is delicious with the tender beef adding a nice accent. The accompanying ratatouille has a light scent of white wine, and the acidity of the tomatoes is refreshing. The coffee has a strong bitterness that fades smoothly, allowing for a pleasant experience even after the meal.
