After walking a little from the station and going up the stairs, a calm Japanese space unfolds. When you sit at the counter, the chef casually greets you, making it easy to relax even if it's your first time. The appetizers are carefully prepared, and their gentle flavors are comforting. The freshly fried new onion tempura is very sweet, and the crispy batter is excellent. The seared bonito and sashimi platter are also fresh, with a strong aroma and umami. The creamy draft beer and various regional sake are abundant, pairing perfectly with the dishes.
