The interior is clean and has a calm atmosphere, with ample space between the seats. The bone crackers that come out first are salty and crispy, which is a delightful service. The eel is tender and pairs well with the rice. It's also nice that you can adjust the flavor intensity to your liking with the sauce on the table. The shrimp in the tempura rice bowl is firm, and the batter is light and thin. The udon noodles are flat and thin, and you can enjoy them with the miso and grated radish dipping sauce.
