A renowned shop for rustic and flavorful handmade soba

Hirukawa is a soba restaurant highly regarded in the area for its handmade soba. The interior has a homey atmosphere, and the warm service is a highlight. The coarsely ground 2:8 soba has a delightful texture, allowing you to fully appreciate the flavor of the buckwheat. The tempura and mini tempura rice bowls are also perfectly crispy and delicious, pairing excellently with the soba dipping sauce.

It is a soba restaurant located in a peaceful place, and the homely atmosphere where you take off your shoes is comfortable. The menu is displayed on the wall, and there are old tools, which is soothing. The handmade soba has a grainy texture and a pleasant chewiness. The dipping sauce has a sharp flavor that pairs well with the chicken soba. The tempura is light and crispy, and both the shrimp and vegetables are very delicious. Although there is a bit of a wait for the food to be served, the complimentary soba broth and pineapple are delightful and satisfying.
