Nihonkan Hiroba

This bone-in short rib set meal is characterized by its sweet sauce, which perfectly complements the natural flavor of the meat and the richness of the sauce. The short ribs, grilled slowly over charcoal, are fragrant and taste exquisite when eaten with white rice. Additionally, the stone pot bibimbap is a dish that recreates the authentic taste of Korea, allowing you to enjoy the crispy rice unique to stone cooking. With the owner's carefully crafted seasoning, it's a menu that makes you want to visit again and again.

The interior of the restaurant has a simple and homely atmosphere, with warm wooden furniture arranged throughout. There aren't many seats, allowing for a casual dining experience. Many local residents and tourists visit, creating a lively yet calm ambiance. The atmosphere inside can truly be described as 'homely,' making it comfortable to relax and enjoy a meal for an extended period.

The history of this shop dates back to 1990. The owner moved from the vicinity of Seoul, South Korea, to Tozawa Village, and was captivated by the rich natural environment of the area, deciding to promote Korean food culture. Thus, they opened 'Nihon-Kan Hiroba' and have continued to offer authentic Korean cuisine using local ingredients.
