Cucina Valoria

Cucina Valoria is a traditional Genoese trattoria with a contemporary touch, set on a quiet square in the old town. The kitchen offers refined, inventive dishes such as sliced squid, raw tartare, and seared tuna, with careful presentation and balanced flavors. An Italian-led menu is explained with attention, and thoughtful wine recommendations highlight Ligurian selections. The contrast between the old-world exterior and modern interior adds to its distinctive character.
