Located on the first floor of the Mishima Plaza Hotel, this café offers high-quality Western-style pastries. The sweets, particularly the innovative butter sand, are renowned for utilizing fresh local ingredients. The cream made with Shizuoka matcha and strawberries is exceptional, with a smooth melt-in-your-mouth texture. It's a lovely place that is especially cherished by locals and definitely worth a visit.

In a quiet and relaxing space, you can leisurely enjoy the atmosphere of the hotel. The staff is kind and makes your stay pleasant. The lunch menu is limited, featuring items like grated hamburger, gratin, pasta, beef stew, and sandwiches. You can have unlimited servings of freshly baked hotel bread, all of which are fragrant and satisfying. It's nice that you can take out cakes and cream puffs from the showcase, and there are also delicatessen items and bread available. The brioche dough Tropezienne has very delicious cream, and I enjoyed the flavors of Shizuoka matcha and Benihoppe strawberries.
