This is a restaurant where you can enjoy both hot pot and grilled dishes. First, I grilled some chicken neck (seseri) and savored its delicious aroma. The meat was plump, and with each bite, the juicy flavor spread in my mouth. Next, I ordered a sweet level 0 hot pot, which had a rich broth that was flavorful even without spiciness. The offal and vegetables absorbed the soup, making it enjoyable until the very last bite. There is also a wide variety of side dishes like chicken wings and miso kushi katsu, which made me keep reaching for my chopsticks and drinks. The quality is unexpected for a chain restaurant, and I was completely satisfied both in my stomach and my heart.
