You can truly feel the taste of this historic brewery. The bottle that has been carefully aged in a ceramic jar has a gentle and mellow mouthfeel. It also has a richness from the black koji, and the aftertaste lingers beautifully. You can enjoy the lightly sweet aroma derived from the red sweet potato, which brings a smile to your face. Of course, it can be enjoyed on the rocks, as well as with water or soda. The depth of the meticulously calculated blend is also conveyed, making it enjoyable to compare different varieties.
