The seasonal menu is extensive, and there are new discoveries every time I visit. The assortment of local fish from Miura is fresh, and the raw shirasu (young sardines) is also fresh and delicious. The simmered head of sea bream and yellowtail is satisfying with plenty of meat around the head. The thick omelet with shirasu and seaweed has a wonderful aroma, and the shirasu pizza has a crispy crust with melted cheese. There is also a variety of meat dishes like sausages and bacon, allowing you to enjoy their savory flavors. The store has a clean and refreshing atmosphere, and they respond pleasantly to requests, making it easy to enjoy a leisurely meal.
