A dish restaurant where you can enjoy fresh ingredients and creative cuisine

Shiori is a dish restaurant that offers creative cuisine using fresh seafood from the Bungo Channel, Seto Inland Sea, and Uwajima, along with fresh local vegetables from Matsuyama. You can also enjoy seasonal flavors from the daily recommended menu written on the whiteboard. The restaurant features dishes that pair well with sake and shochu, and its soft atmosphere is also appealing.

This is a cozy shop located in a quiet back street. Inside, there is a counter and a raised seating area, creating a neat atmosphere. The handwritten menu adds warmth, making it enjoyable to choose from. There is a rich variety of dishes using yam, and the fried dishes and omelets were particularly memorable. The sashimi, including horse mackerel and sea bream, was excellent, and the tempura of horse mackerel and small fish cakes were also delicious. To finish, the clam miso soup made in a pot was fragrant, and I was satisfied with the variety of sake available.
