There are sunken kotatsu seats separated by noren, allowing for a relaxed atmosphere. The sushi, including flounder fin and scallops, is fresh and brings happiness with every bite. The crispy tempura, made with eggplant, pumpkin, and perilla leaves, has a light texture that makes it hard to stop eating. The miso soup, enriched with broth from the shrimp heads, warms the body and brings comfort. The smooth and creamy chawanmushi is filled with ingredients like crab and chestnuts, keeping the excitement until the end. Combined with the warm hospitality of the friendly owner, it was a fulfilling lunch that satisfied the heart as well.
