The omakase course I reserved was a series of surprises from start to finish. The sashimi and the local specialty, ryukyu from Oita, were so rich in flavor that I couldn't help but want more. The fried buri kama topped with mushroom sauce had a crispy skin, and I ended up finishing the plate. The lamb chops and thick slices of jingisukan were tender and free of any gamey smell, with the meat juices soaking into the vegetables, making me feel happy. The unexpected dishes like homemade pasta and roasted duck were also of high quality, naturally encouraging me to enjoy more drinks. Even the yuzu sorbet served after the meal was refreshing, and combined with the friendly service from the smiling staff, I had a wonderfully satisfying time.
