The soba is thinly cut, rich in flavor, and its natural sweetness spreads as you chew. The harmony of the sweetness and saltiness of the walnut sauce is excellent, making it a perfect match with the soba. I appreciate that the soba and udon broth are served separately. The udon broth is warm and has a good dashi flavor, while the soba broth has a sharp taste. The maitake tempura has a light batter, and when eaten with salt, its aroma stands out. They also serve soba-yu, allowing for a relaxing finish, and the staff is friendly, making for a comfortable atmosphere.
