A specialty dish where Shinshu beef, domestic Wagyu, about 20 types of vegetables, Nozawana rice, and chawanmushi are steamed in a large seiro (about 30cm square) and served with homemade special sauce. It is a healthy steamed shabu-shabu dish where you can fully enjoy the seasonal flavors of Shinshu.
A lunch-friendly seiro steamed dish that is a more affordable version of the famous 'Mountain Seiro Steamed Dish'. It comes with plenty of domestic wagyu beef, vegetables, Nozawana rice, and chawanmushi, and has been very well received.
Recommended for those who are not fond of meat. Enjoy red salmon and salmon roe in honor of the 'Comeback Salmon' to the Chikuma River.
A feast bento box with three-color field taku of raw fu grilled golden brown with an arrangement of Shinshu miso, walnuts, sesame, and fuki miso. It is not only visually appealing but also makes lunchtime enjoyable. You can also add chawanmushi and raw yuba skewers to the 2000 yen banquet set.
Plenty of vegetables, local chicken, and shrimp udon steamed in a large steamer, dipped in a special sauce for a delicious meal. Popular with people of all ages and genders!
A steamed dish featuring plump rice topped with domestic eel kabayaki. It has become a big hit with the addition of the local dish from Northern Shinshu, 'Jagaimo no Namasu,' served alongside. The sweet flavor of the rice and kabayaki sauce is exquisite.
