Hachiro's signature dish, simmered for over 3 hours with domestic meat! The flavor, with a miso base and the sweetness of brown sugar, pairs well with shochu! The generous amount of chopped green onions adds an accent.
The manager's recommendation! In contrast to Hachiro stew, this dish has a slightly stronger flavor enhanced by garlic, making it perfect for enjoying with drinks. The deliciousness of beef tripe and honeycomb tripe melts into the dish, and it pairs exceptionally well with black pepper. Enjoy it with beer or highballs!
Plump domestic beef small intestine and vegetable teppan stir-fry! You can choose your favorite flavor from miso, garlic soy sauce, or yuzu pepper! The fragrant aroma rising from the hot teppan stimulates your appetite.
The sauce is addictive!
A hearty dish stir-fried with domestic beef small intestines and thick noodles in a special sauce. Perfect for families with children or as a finishing dish after drinking!
Popular among women, it's the clear No.1! An omelette wrapped in plenty of cheese, topped with sweet and spicy mentaiko mayonnaise! When you lift it with chopsticks, the melted cheese stretches! Please enjoy it while it's warm!
