Canelé is a traditional French pastry. At LOVE BAKE, we pay attention to the type of flour and baking method used in its production. When freshly baked, it has a crispy and fragrant outer layer with a soft and chewy texture on the inside. Please enjoy it while it's still warm. *After a day, the outer layer may become soft. To restore its crispy texture, bake at 180°C for 3-5 minutes and let it cool.
Financier is a French baked confection, a type of butter cake. It has a fragrant almond aroma and a moist texture. At LOVE BAKE, we use a deep baking mold and special baking techniques to create a fluffy financier. In addition to plain financier, we offer various flavors such as berry, rum raisin, coffee, and apple. The financiers are baked in baking cups measuring 5cm x 10cm x 3.5cm in height.
We have packed the deliciousness of seasonal fruits into a tart and baked it. We fill a crispy tart crust (pâte sucrée) with almond cream and fruits, and bake it in an 18cm tart ring. In spring, we use strawberries, in summer, blueberries, grapes from Yume Farm, figs and apples in autumn... Sometimes, we process seasonal fruits and bake them into the tart.
This is a Basque-style cheesecake with the special characteristics of LOVE BAKE. It uses cream cheese and fresh cream generously, and by baking it at high temperature for a short time, it has a milky flavor like caramel. It is a round shape with a diameter of about 15 cm. Since it contains very little flour, it is a rich and creamy cheesecake.
