There is a counter and table with a black base, creating a calming space. The owner is very friendly, and even when sitting alone, the conversation flowed easily. The first dish I tried was the beef tripe sashimi, which had a crunchy texture and paired perfectly with the tangy sauce. The grilled tongue, topped with as much green onion as you like, had a light fat content that made it hard to stop eating. The marbled rib and yukhoe were melt-in-your-mouth tender, with a strong sweetness of the meat. Every cut was very fresh, making for a thoroughly satisfying yakiniku experience until the very end.
