A heartwarming, homey yakitori restaurant

Suiho, with its hidden gem atmosphere, is a yakitori restaurant where you can feel right at home. The yakitori, carefully grilled over charcoal, boasts a fluffy, crispy, and juicy texture that is irresistible. The drinks made with delicious ice are also a highlight. It's the perfect place for those looking to forget the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy a relaxing moment.

With an appearance like an ordinary house, it feels like you've discovered a little secret base when you find it. The wooden-floored interior, where you take off your shoes to enter, allows you to relax like in a living room. It's impressive how the owner skillfully manages the charcoal fire, carefully grilling each skewer one by one. The skewers with miso sauce are richly aromatic, and combined with the sweetness of the ingredients, I couldn't help but order more. The crispy fried chicken and chicken crackers are also exquisite, making the drinks go down easily. Surrounded by a homey and warm atmosphere, I was able to enjoy a leisurely and delightful time.
