This is a baked bun that won the 'Zenkahaku Honorary Grand Prize' at the Himeji Confectionery Expo 2008, wrapped in white bean paste with whole large chestnuts.

This is a confectionery that our second generation won an award for at the 2008 BUKO Cream Cheese Contest! It is a soft daifuku wrapped around Danish cream cheese chestnut paste, topped with chestnuts with their skins on.

We have finished the famous Murakumo from Senshu, which has been passed down since the Edo period, with our unique arrangement. There are two types: red bean paste and white bean paste.

This is a rice cake to celebrate a child's first birthday. On the child's first birthday, a round one-sho rice cake is inscribed with the character for longevity, and it is celebrated by having the child carry it, wishing for their health. (Please make a reservation at least five days in advance.)
