O Martin Blu

Au Martin Bleu highlights regional French cooking with local products and specialties, including Loire freshwater fish and traditional dishes in creamy, well-balanced sauces. Plates are attractively presented, generous, and carefully prepared, from seafood appetizers to rich meat courses. Seasonal desserts, including fruit-focused creations and warm chocolate cakes, show the same attention to flavor and texture. The inviting dining room is complemented by attentive, professional service.
