미타카 바사라】모츠야끼 모둠 ✳︎ 곱창구이 모둠 ✳︎ 칸파치카마야키 ✳︎鯵のなめろう ✳︎ 수제 젓갈 ✳︎ 수제 단무지 ✳︎ 매운 무, 생 대구알 ✳︎ 도조 전골 퇴근길에 먹는 파전 🍻 파나 무 등 양념이 잘 되어 있어 좋다. 이곳의 젓갈을 좋아해서 항상 주문합니다. 그리고 도가니! 두툼하고 찰기가 있어 아주 좋다. 도조는 고향인 다테바야시에서 어린 시절부터 계속 먹어왔지만, 요즘은 이렇게 탄탄한 도조는 보기 드문 것 같아요. 미타카에 계속 있었으면 하는 곳 🏮
