Our udon noodles are made using domestically produced wheat. The white dashi broth is made with Hokkaido kombu, Setouchi iriko, and our original blend of mixed bonito flakes, topped with a flower-cutlet and homemade kaeshi. Please enjoy the unique broth that you cannot taste elsewhere. Available for lunch and dinner.
