요코하마의 모토마치에 있는 눈에 띄지 않는 분위기의 일식집으로 매우 편안합니다. 카운터 너머로 조리와 굽는 모습을 볼 수 있어 고소한 향기에 기대가 커집니다. 찌지 않고 향기롭게 구운 장어는 껍질이 약간 바삭하고 살은 탄탄하여 씹을수록 감칠맛이 퍼집니다. 야채 한 접시와 구운 요리, 계란 요리 등이 이어지고, 마지막으로 덮밥과 장아찌, 간장국, 마지막으로 시원한 젤리까지 즐길 수 있었습니다. 그릇과 담음새에도 계절감이 있어 보는 것만으로도 기분이 좋아집니다. 백명점에 선정된 실력을 느낄 수 있는 내용으로, 조용한 일본의 공간 속에서 여유롭고 행복한 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다.
