To use Ukai eGIFT (Gold), please make a reservation by phone. *Online reservations are not accepted.
*Reservations are accepted from 2 months in advance of your desired date until 10am on the day. We accept orders over the phone from 6 months in advance.
*Reservations can be made for 2 to 8 adults.
*Available in a shared room (hall) or a private room.
*We apologize for the inconvenience, but we will limit the use of seats to 2 hours.
*Reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance for special courses, first meal meals, New Year's Eve meals, etc.
*For specially prepared items such as the above dishes and bouquets, a cancellation fee will be charged if the reservation is canceled or rescheduled from 3 days before the date of use. Thank you for your understanding.
