Choice of house Gin or Vodka, Dry Vermouth, Lemon Twist. You could stumble down a very deep, very dark rabbit hole trying to determine who mixed the world's first Martini. Was it a California prospector during the 1849 Gold Rush or the barman at a flossy New York City hotel 50 years later? Both stories hold water. Neither will leave you feeling as blissful and content as a well-made Dry martini
Leblon Cachaça, lime and sugar. Cachaça a is often confused with rum because both spirits are derived from sugar cane; nevertheless, they are surprisingly different. Rum is generally made from molasses, a dark-brown syrupy by-product created during the process of refining sugar. Cachaça, on the other hand, is made from the fresh-pressed juice of the sugarcane, called grape, and contains nothing else. Cachaça is the official spirit of Brazil

Let the Bartender have a play and see if you can tell the difference in this beautifully balanced sweet and aromatic cocktail
Chivas Whisky, fresh lemon juice, egg white and sugar. Vice Admiral Edward Vernon of England began mixing a few ingredients together to serve to his crew to help combat sea-sickness, malnutrition, and scurvy. But because they didn't want an entire ship of intoxicated sailors, they began to water it down with lemon or lime juice. While the British used Gin and Brandy, Americans flavoured Whisky, and thus the Whisky Sour was born

Chivas Regal, Dom Benedictine, Cointreau, fresh pineapple, lemon juice, ginger beer. The "Chivas Regal Effect" as its known, refers to something being considered superior simply because of its higher price, so we decided to test it out. Combined with an original recipe created by the Benedictine monks of the Abbey of Fecamp in Normandy, which was lost in the ashes of the French revolution, we are creating our own revolution
Lychee Liquor, Malibu coconut rum, fresh mint, pineapple juice and apple juice. Coconuts kill over 150 people a year, and are known as the Swiss Army knife of the plant kingdom.
