Reservation Policies
●Course reservations are accepted from the same date two months prior to the day of reservation until 5:00 PM the day before.
●Reservations for parties of 4 or more must be made by 5:00 PM 2 days prior.
Special Requests and Allergies
●We prepare omakase (chef's choice) courses, so please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking. Kindly confirm with all guests and notify us in advance. We regret that we cannot accommodate requests made after your arrival.
Dress Code
●The dress code is smart casual. We regret that entry may be refused for sandals, excessive perfume, or men wearing shorts.
Late Arrival Policy
●If you arrive 15 minutes or more past your reservation time without prior notice, we may be unable to provide the originally planned course in its entirety. We appreciate your timely arrival.
Children Policy
●Children under 10 years of age are not permitted, except for those who are 10 years and older and can partake in the same course.
Cancellation Policy
●For parties of up to 3 guests
-3 days to the day before:50% of meal cost for cancellations or changes
-Same day: 100% of meal cost for cancellations or changes
●For parties of 4 or more
-6 days to 3 days before: 50% of meal cost for cancellations or changes
-2 days to same day: 100% of meal cost for cancellations or changes
●Cancellations, date changes, or reductions in party size made after the specified deadlines will incur cancellation fees.
