This dish features a large tuna collar, about 30 centimeters long, slowly grilled over indirect heat for 40 to 50 minutes. Is it only Inohachikai in Utsunomiya where you can enjoy a collar of this size at this price??? It's quite rare!! It may take a little time, but it's a must-try☆ There are regular customers who come just to eat this☆
