We offer authentic bonito tataki, grilled with straw in a hearty manner, made from fresh single-hooked bonito, at a low price unique to a fish market. The price may vary slightly depending on the market price of the day.

We grill fresh single-hooked bonito right in front of you after you order. Normally, bonito tataki is grilled, then soaked in ice water, chilled, and sliced into sashimi. However, we serve it warm and freshly grilled without soaking in ice water. The quantity and price vary depending on the size of the fish on the day (approximately 1,000 to 3,000 yen), but it's around 500 yen per serving. You can also experience making tataki yourself. Bonito tataki grilled by yourself is exceptional.
