The ultimate TKG is completed by putting freshly cooked Hyogo prefecture-grown 'Hinohikari' rice topped with a raw egg from Marugame City, Kagawa prefecture, and pouring 'Ikemoto Soy Sauce's Tamago-kake Soy Sauce', the only soy sauce company in Kobe. In addition, we offer a variety of classic items such as cereal, fresh fruits, fresh salad, yogurt, sausages, bacon, and bread, including freshly baked bread from 'Oriental Bakery' which is also served in some in-flight meals. We also have various Japanese side dishes, spicy curry, Akashiyaki (octopus dumplings), pasta, nikujaga (meat and potato stew), and other hearty dishes. On weekends, we offer a wide variety of cake dressings and drinks at the drink bar. ~'Special Morning Coffee'~ The morning coffee, which is essential in the morning, is made from UCC's 'premium grade beans' originating from Kobe and is served as 'Today's Coffee'. Among the 3 machines available, we use a dedicated coffee machine to grind and extract the coffee to bring out the delicious aroma. (*The beans are changed every other week) Weekdays: 6:30-10:00 Weekends and holidays: 7:00-10:00 (Last order at 9:45)
