We make seasonal Japanese sweets such as freshly pounded rice cakes, daifuku, and dumplings using mugwort. ★ We use mugwort grown in Takayao Town without pesticides during the cultivation period. The flavor of the mugwort is exceptional. Please enjoy our other seasonal Japanese sweets as well.
A gourmet dish made with local ingredients such as Koshihikari rice from Takayao Town, local soy sauce, chicken, and vegetables. It is handmade every morning by the Takayao Women's Association. This is a 'nostalgic taste' that has been cherished in the local Takayao Town for a long time.
