이쿄야 오오야마텐

We produce fresh soy milk made from secret soybeans every day at a small soy milk shop located in a mountain village at the headwaters of the Mogamigawa River in Yonezawa City, Yamagata Prefecture. We produce soy milk with only two ingredients: "Hiden-mame" (green soybeans), which we purchase directly from contract farmers, and "Hiden-mame" (green soybeans), which are fully ripened and harvested from contract farmers. Packaged soy milk for take-out is also available.

An original soy milk soft serve from Ikkyu-ya that allows you to taste the flavor of secret beans. Easy to eat with a natural sweetness, it can be enjoyed by those who are not fond of soy milk or even children with peace of mind!
