은어 요리는 흔치 않은데, 은어 소금구이의 미디엄 레어는 비린내가 나지 않아 맛있었다. 또한 은어밥과 사쿠라모찌도 신선하고 맛있었다. 이 유서 깊은 요정은 창업 400년이 넘은 곳으로, 교토의 정취를 느낄 수 있는 멋진 가게다. 도리이모토의 베드타운에 자리 잡고 있으며, 만등산 기슭에 위치해 있다. 오랜만에 로드바이크를 타고 장거리 라이딩을 하다가 들렀고, 맛있는 은어 요리를 맛보았다.
