鲶鱼菜肴比较罕见，但中熟口味的盐烤鲶鱼腥味十足。鲶鱼饭和樱花麻糬也新鲜可口。这家历史悠久的旅店已有 400 多年的历史，是享受京都风情的绝佳去处。它位于卧室小镇鸟居本，坐落在万户山脚下。在我第一次骑自行车长途旅行时，我特意来到这里，品尝了一道美味的安鱼料理。
