This is Tomochan's special motsunabe, available only in winter. It is seasoned with a special blend of aged miso, tobanjan, garlic, ginger, and more. It is also packed with vegetables to warm your body.

Motsunabe can be ordered for one person. It is full of vegetables and has a sufficient volume!

We procure exceptionally fresh beef hormone. This is Tomochan's signature menu item.

In the Negi Shio flavor, we are particular about the sesame oil used for seasoning. We use 100% pure roasted sesame oil.

We add a blend of multiple chili powders to the regular miso sauce. Real Korean chili peppers have a rich umami and a deep flavor.

We procure fresh Harami. This is Tomo-chan's signature menu item!

High-quality beef tendon meat and konjac are parboiled and then simmered only with miso, sugar, mirin, and sake.

We make the dressing using only natural seasonings.

We offer handmade cold noodle soup.
