A delicate soft Lager, authentic to the west coast of the Czeck Republic.
Our golden-yellow wheat beer, with its fine-pored white foam, smells of cloves and impresses consumers with its refreshing banana flavour. It is full bodied and with a smooth yeast taste. To be enjoyed at any time (always a pleasure / enjoyment), goes excellently with fish and seafood, with spicy cheese and especially with the traditional Bavarian veal sausage. Brewed according to our centuries-old brewing tradition on the Weihenstephan hill.
HenHouse Saison is brewed with black pepper and coriander, which builds on the spiciness of the French Saison yeast. The grapefruit and orange peel you taste is from a slight Cascade hops addition. Wheat and pale malt give our Saison a dry, gently grainy finish. It's a beer you can sit and think about, but you don't have to.
A San Francisco-Style Black Lager. Deceptively light-bodied and highly drinkable. Drinks like iced coffee with a different effect.
Our flagship cider is fermented and aged for three months in neutral French Oak barrels before being bottled unfined and unfiltered. The result is a naturally bright and balanced cider, crafted like a wine, because we believe it is.
We chose to worship the beer gods w/ a tropical sour. Passion fruit, Guava, & lime. Made with an insane amount of fruit!
Blind Pig IPA was originally brewed by Vinnie at Blind Pig Brewing Co. in Temecula CA. Inspired by the original Blind Pig IPA, this beer is loaded with hop character but only has 6.0% ABV.
It's a wonder how juicy & smooth this is - hopped w/ Simcoe, Mosaic, & Citra, fermented w/ peachy Vermont yeast.

A true leader in the hop-wars of the west coast, Pliny the Elder hits you over the head with hoppy bitterness and manages to smooth the rough edges out enough to become an enjoyable brew.
Stoked! Centennial is part of our year-round Stoked! Single-Hop Pale Ale series. We rotate through different hops throughout the year, using only one variety for each batch. Only the hops change in Stoked, keeping it interesting yet familiar. Centennial is a hop known for its blend of vibrant citrus fruit and soft pine aroma. Stoked! is a reminder that beer is supposed to be fun and if we're not stoked, we're doing it wrong!
Dark Ale aged in Cabernet Sauvignon barrels from local wineries. It is aged for 4 to 8 months with black currants, brettanomyces, lactobacillus, and pediococcus added to each barrel. Rich flavors of chocolate truffle, spice, tobacco, currants, and a bit of Cabernet. Very full-bodied, sip slowly!
100% Brettanomyces Fermented Golden. The base recipe is for a Golden Ale, but they did not do the primary fermentation with 100% brettanomyces. The brett gives it some sour notes but not as much as it had been aged with lacto and pedio. It's rather refreshing on a warm day!
Inspired by a visit to a Belgian Trappist brewery, this Sonoma County version of a traditional Belgian pale ale was brewed, fermented and dry hopped in stainless steel before aging in an oak foeder for 103 days. We dosed a small amount of Brettanomyces Bruxellensis for bottle conditioning, with the knowledge that this ale would evolve during cellaring. This ale can be enjoyed fresh for a cleaner, hoppier flavor or aged to allow the hops to mellow and give the B. Brux. time to work its earthy magic. Let there be Brux.

"A Dark beer for people who don't like dark beers."Dark Sarcasm is loaded with notes of chocolate, mocha and vanilla. The finish is surprisingly smooth for a full flavored dark beer!
We make Wit The Funk with tradition in mind. Brewed with orange peel and coriander and fermented with wit yeast, brettanomyces, and our Terreux house mixed culture. Aged in oak foeders until final maturation, the result is a complex beer that's tart, funky, oaky, citrusy, and super drinkable. Sure, it takes longer, but WTF? It's worth it.
Hannah our brewery dog is the most sentient of guard dogs. Still and active hiker and traveler at the age of 14, Hannah's namesake is our Biere de Garde, a malty high ABV Belgian-style ale similar to a Saison, meant to age well over time and be durable over distance. Hannah uses a blend of base malts from Germany (Pilsner, Vienna, Munich) to create a nice and rich malt character that complements our Belgian specialty malts providing a nice subtle note of torched dates. To create a unique profile, we use a very small amount of Southern Cross hops which give small notes of white wine grapes and fresh cut pine to play off of the fruity and earthy nature of the yeast.
We made our Teddy Bear Kisses Imperial Stout even more cuddly on the palate by aging it on bourbon barrels for 6 months, imparting hints of oak and bourbon. The aroma is a burst of dark chocolate with tinges of roasted malt and rich molasses as well as oak, vanilla and English toffee. Slightly sweet, with bold chocolate and dark caramel flavors which are complimented by subtle hints of fruit that evolve from additions of caramel malts and molasses.
KELLER PILS STS Pils is a classic European style Pilsner. It is straw in color and often times will have a slight haze due to the fact that it is unfiltered. STS Pils is a hop forward pilsner with a mild malt foundation, strong lager yeast characteristic, and a dry, bitter finish.
