무텐카 판코보 코넬

This is our representative bread. Natural yeast bread. It takes a lot of time from cultivating the starter for dough fermentation, preparing the dough, fermentation, to baking the bread. Especially, it takes about 7-8 hours from preparation to baking. If you eat our bread, you will understand why we spend so much time making it. All of our bread is made from domestically grown wheat (produced in Ebetsu, Hokkaido) with no additives, and we confidently recommend the deliciousness of the dough, but natural yeast bread is something special. No, we aim for even more than that. The baked bread has a good aroma. It is slightly firm on the outside due to mixing whole grains, but soft and rich in flavor inside, with a deep umami taste of flour. It may sound biased, but it is truly delicious. Sometimes, people think it's similar to French bread. If you don't like hard bread, please try it once. We hope that many people will know the deliciousness of this bread, and we will continue to make it with dedication.
