레몬사와 500엔노미호우다이 야키니쿠호르몬사카바1129 히노쿠니하마마츠유우라쿠가이텐

Our beef and offal are mostly domestically sourced. Since we are a direct operation from a meat wholesaler, I believe we can offer higher quality at a lower price than other stores. I am a bit confident about this and will do my best (⁎⁍̴̆Ɛ⁍̴̆⁎)

We operate with a small number of people. Therefore, we ask that you place your orders as collectively as possible. We do not accept impatient boys who call us but have nothing decided, or indecisive girls who start to hesitate after calling. Please feel free to consult us about the menu (⁎⁍̴̆Ɛ⁍̴̆⁎)

We can't provide much hospitality or smart service. In fact, it's a place where you pour your own sour drinks. I'm sorry. But we welcome you with our full smiles for 0 yen. *Mainly, the smiles are delivered by our poster girl. Hehehe (⁎⁍̴̆Ɛ⁍̴̆⁎)

Instead, we offer relatively inexpensive good meat and alcohol (⁎⁍̴̆Ɛ⁍̴̆⁎)♥

Payment will be settled at the table. Since you all are probably quicker at calculating the split, please gather the total and pay all at once. Also, we recommend cash payments. The fees can be high. Hehehehe (⁎⁍̴̆Ɛ⁍̴̆⁎)

At 1129, we do not engage in any form of solicitation. As a pure yakiniku tavern, we want our customers to enjoy delicious food and have a good time, leaving with the thought that they want to come back and not wanting to go home. This is the kind of fantasy we constantly have for our establishment. Even in the peaceful city of Hamamatsu, malicious solicitation has become a problem lately. Are they really representing the restaurant when they approach customers? Will they truly take them to a delicious place? Our motto is 'Meat and Peace' (⁎⁍̴̆Ɛ⁍̴̆⁎).

Although we don't particularly say it openly, this is a restaurant from the Fire Country Group. That said, it doesn't mean we have the same menu. However, we do try to stretch ourselves a bit and offer various side dishes, so sometimes we get told that it takes a while. We are doing our best to prepare everything, but the staff can get flustered, which may cause delays... In such cases, we kindly ask you, our dear customers who are reading this right now, to be as broad as the sky and as deep as the sea in your warm-heartedness, and to please wait just a little longer (⁎⁍̴̆Ɛ⁍̴̆⁎).

We will continue to replace the iron plates, but since the store is small, we will smoothly exchange them between customers and carry them around, which can be quite challenging. If you could kindly give way to the staff as much as possible, it would really boost our spirits. We often hear requests for iron plate exchanges while there are many grilled items piled up. At such times, the staff may not know what to do and might get confused, so please feel free to eat without hesitation. Thank you for your meal (⁎⁍̴̆Ɛ⁍̴̆⁎)

If you enjoyed our establishment, we would be happy if you could write a review on sites like Tabelog. Of course, it goes without saying that we would appreciate it if you could highlight the positive aspects as much as possible. We kindly ask you to refrain from writing negative reviews under the guise of a critic, which only serve as gossip and waste your valuable time and effort for a place you didn't like. If such reviews are written, we will take them to heart, but we will also crumble to our knees and cry into our pillows at night. There is no morning that does not come... (⁎⁍̴̆Ɛ⁍̴̆⁎)

We are eagerly waiting for your wonderful reviews that can find the good points. We also want to be a fun tavern full of humor, even if it's self-service. Love and Meat (⁎⁍̴̆Ɛ⁍̴̆⁎)

Cut-off kalbi refers to thinly sliced shoulder meat of domestic beef, and is a specialty of 1129 Sakaba. The combination of the sweet sauce and fat makes it an addictive dish. It is recommended to quickly grill it, roll it up, and take a big bite.

First, enjoy looking at the high-quality beef laid out on a plate without hesitation. After that, quietly take a photo and upload it to platforms like 'Instagram' or 'Facebook'.

Place it on the grill so that it spreads out. Keep the tongs in hand to ensure it doesn't get overcooked. Be mindful as there are times when flames may flare up, so grill with caution.

Once the edges start to sizzle, quickly roll it up. It should be a little red in the middle. Finish it by browning the surface while steaming the inside. This is where your skills are showcased. You must not overcook it.

Come on! Now's the time! Throw it into your mouth while it's still hot! Savor the juicy meat juices and delicious flavors.

"The 6-second grilled sirloin of domestic beef is made from high-quality meat cut thinly from the thigh of domestic beef, and it is the second specialty at 1129 Sakaba. Each side is grilled for 6 seconds, resulting in a half-rare state, and then it is dipped in a special moon-viewing sauce before being devoured."

"Set the heat to maximum. It's just right to worry about burning. The outside should be grilled to a fragrant brown while keeping the juices inside! The inside should be cooked rare."

"Don't fidget too much, and it's strictly forbidden to look around. You must not let go of the tongs. Ah... be mindful that the taste can change with just a slight shift in your mindset..."

"A faction arises here. Tsukimi Stirring Faction vs. Tsukimi Whole Faction. Both are indispensable, but having a preference is part of the fun."

Take a bite and experience the marriage of eggs and meat.

When it comes to meat sushi, I believe it should be Wagyu. Hehe. The bliss of savoring a bite of Wagyu nigiri = happiness, I will grill it.

I want you to enjoy it freshly made right in front of you. The form, grilled with a crackling sound and enveloped in flames, is perfect for 'Instagram' and 'Facebook'.

We will grill the surface thoroughly before serving. Enjoy it with our special sauce!

Now! It's time! Throw it into your mouth while it's still hot! Savor the juicy meat juice and umami.

"A mixed platter of trimmings that offers great value."

Let's mix it up! With egg, minced meat, and garlic! A nice side dish to accompany your meal.

We will serve it grilled, but grilling it again on a barbecue grill makes it even crispier.
