This is a set meal that includes rice and carefully selected beef sukiyaki.
This set meal features a hamburger steak with a special sauce made from "smoked meat miso" that is particular about its compatibility with rice.
Carefully selected beef is slowly cooked with sweet soy sauce from Kyushu. The sweetness of the onions soaked in soy sauce and the balance of the sweet and spicy tofu with black pepper miso enhances the rice. This meal set allows you to experience Kyoto with two types of our restaurant's proud 'rice accompaniments' and Kyoto pickles. It comes with a raw egg, so please enjoy it as a rice topped with egg at the end.

This luxurious menu comes standard with high-quality accompaniments that belong to the premium rank of our restaurant. It includes a dashimaki tamago made to order, one piece from four types of fillets of sea bream from Saga Prefecture, one item from either A5 rank Saga beef or grilled salmon from Niigata Prefecture, two types of your favorite rice accompaniments, and a selection of Kyoto pickles.
Our pride is the special sauce made with 'garlic miso' based on the concept of a hamburger that goes well with rice. The combination of the meaty patty and the sauce is outstanding, making it perfect for enjoying with rice. Please experience the trinity of this dish with two types of rice accompaniments!
This dish features mackerel caught in Kyoto, famous for its mackerel street, prepared using OTOMO's unique method to create sesame mackerel. It is a meal set that allows you to fully enjoy the Kyoto experience, accompanied by two types of Kyoto pickles and our proud 'side dishes for rice'.
Using 100% tai caught in the Genkai Sea from Saga Prefecture, the tai is prepared with four different seasonings: tai miso butter, tai mentaiko, tai chanja, and tai kombu-shime. The first serving can be enjoyed hot with plain rice, and the second serving can be enjoyed with a special fermented tea made from lactic acid bacteria to experience a change in flavor.

This wine is produced in Tamba Town, located in the northern part of Kyoto. It is a wine that focuses on the land, grape varieties, and is additive-free, ensuring high-quality wine production.

With citrus aromas that are both floral and refreshing, and a dry mouthfeel, Ichigeki is designed to be paired with all styles of meals.

The sweet, sour, spicy, and bitter flavors emerge complexly in the mouth, yet it is fragrant and soft. A faint acidity felt on the tongue leads to the next sip, while the umami of the rice spreads as if it seeps into the body. No filtration is performed, so depending on the timing of bottling, rice components may remain in the bottle. The fresh sake conveys the vitality of live yeast directly to the tongue. One cup.
Focusing on high-quality sake production, this sake is made from rice that is cultivated by themselves in a small brewery located in the Tomita housing complex in Takatsuki City, Osaka Prefecture. The sake produced here is very fruity. It is best enjoyed in a wine glass. One cup.

Matsumoto Sake Brewery, founded in the third year of the Kansei era (1791), is thinking of a new sake that we want to leave for the future of Kyoto. Its name is 'NEW KYOTO' one cup.
Joyo Sake Brewery's sake uses only high-quality sake rice and soft water drawn from 100 meters underground in the brewery. The brewers take great care and do not spare any effort in brewing in small batches. Additionally, the pressed sake undergoes thorough quality control tailored to each type of sake, including unfiltered, bottle pasteurization, and refrigerated bottle storage. Please enjoy the original umami, fresh aroma, and a taste that you won't tire of.
This is the first product of a project led by Uji City to enhance the value of Uji tea by breaking the situation where 'Japanese tea is free and other teas are charged.' The stylish bottle is distinctive, but the flavor is also wonderful, featuring the unique sweetness of gyokuro while maintaining the inherent sweetness of the tea, resulting in a very well-balanced taste. It is recommended as an aperitif before meals and during meals as well. We will provide multiple glasses, so it can be shared among several people.
