This dish features fresh chicken meat sourced early in the morning. At our restaurant, we prepare the freshly caught chicken so that you can enjoy it on the same day. It includes four types: breast meat, tenderloin, gizzard, and liver. Please enjoy the differences in their characteristics. *There is no delivery on Wednesdays and Sundays. *As this is a raw dish, we advise children and those not feeling well to refrain from consuming it.
