눈으로도 맛있고 참신한 요리였습니다. 식기에도 정성이 느껴졌다. 중후하면서도 따뜻함이 느껴지는 접시. 프랑스 요리인데 마지막에 도미밥으로 마무리하는 것도 마음에 들었다. 마지막까지 다음에는 어떤 요리가 나올지 기대가 되는 코스 내용이었다.
