The food was innovative and delicious to the eyes. I also felt the attention to detail in the tableware. The dishes had a sense of dignity, yet were warm and inviting. The fact that the final dish was tai meshi (rice with sea bream), even though it was French cuisine, was also heartbreaking. The course content kept me excited until the very end, wondering what the next dish would be.
