템프라 카와카미

This is a luxurious course that includes "Tamura beef" tempura in the regular course. Tamura beef is "Vintage Beef" raised only on our own designated consignment formula feed, which does not contain any "animal protein ingredients such as meat and bone meal, meat meal, offal, etc., animal fats and oils, or antibiotics". It comes with tempura, a bite-sized steak, and truffle salt that goes well with the beef.

You will enjoy the freshly fried tempura one by one right in front of your eyes. By having small bowls of food in between, you will never get tired of the deep fried food and will be able to enjoy it until the end of the meal. The final kakiage dish served at the end of the meal is a choice of tempura rice bowl, tempura chazuke, or kakiage and rice as it is. Even the after-dinner dessert is handmade. There will be a total of more than 20 dishes, but you can take home any fried food that you cannot finish.
