We offer a platter of porchetta (whole roasted pork), which is rarely seen in Japan, along with a selection of Italian cheeses. Porchetta is a whole roasted pork with crispy skin, primarily eaten in central Italy. We have more than eight types of Italian cheese available at all times. Both are recommended snacks to enjoy with Italian craft beer or wine.
