Signature dish! This is the famous grilled beef tongue from Sendai. It's thickly sliced yet tender and juicy. Once you try it, you'll be hooked. You can choose from 2 slices or more!
Thinly sliced beef tongue served with plenty of green onions and enjoyed with garlic soy sauce. Can be changed to a rice bowl and can also be modified to a salt flavor!
Using the marbled part that can only be taken in small quantities from one beef tongue. Finished with a perfect grilling technique. Enjoy with grated daikon and ponzu sauce. Half size is also available!
Served with focaccia.
This is a refreshing draft beer made with homemade Hebesu syrup!
