This is a rich plum wine brewed with fully ripe Kishu Nanko plums using 'Tomita's Water', which has won the Grand Gold Medal at the Monde Selection. It has been finished as a refreshing type by adding natural color from red shiso. It is light and easy to drink, making it suitable even for those who are not very fond of alcohol.
Local sake 'Soga no Homare' produced by 'Ishii Sake Brewery', a limited junmai sake from 'Sobadokoro Hoshinoan'. Located near Soga Plum Grove, a famous production area for pickled plums in Odawara, this limited junmai sake is carefully brewed using the beautiful water from the Tanzawa mountain range in a warm and picturesque climate.
